Abstract

This research was conducted at the state-owned amil zakat institution, namely the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out what influences muzakki's trust in Baznas institutions. In this study, researchers used two variables, namely public relations communication strategy and service quality.

From these variables, a hypothesis is formed, whether the public relations communication strategy and service quality partially affect the trust of muzakki in baznas and whether public relations communication strategies and service quality simultaneously affect muzakki's trust in baznas. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population taken in this study were all muzakki who were registered in the National Baznas of Mojokerto Regency on the basis of sampling using the Slovin formula. The types of data used are primary and secondary data.

The results of this study are the results of the simultaneous test or F test the results are the value of Sig = 0.01 <0.05 and F-count = 7.504 > F-table = 3.104, based on these results it can be interpreted that the strategy variable PR communication and service quality have a significant effect on Muzakki's trust in the Baznas institution, Mojokerto Regency.
