Abstract

The policy of the Ketegan Village government is very important to deal with the waste problem, therefore the policy issued by the Ketegan Village government aims to find out the Ketegan Village government's policy in dealing with waste and home industrial waste. This waste management training has been running for two years since 2019, This research is a qualitative descriptive research, this type of research is a case study using direct observation data collection methods, interviews with informants, and also a documentation study, which was carried out in Ketegan Village, Tanggulangin District Sidoarjo Regency. This research is analyzed using George Edward III's theory of policy implementation. The results of this study reveal that the policy of the Ketegan Village government in dealing with waste and home industrial waste there are several ways to manage waste from the KR3A program included in Perdes No. waste and home industry waste properly.
