Governance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a crucial
effort in running BUMDes so that it can run well. The managerial
ability and human resource capacity of the managers are enough
to determine whether or not this BUMDes will run. This study uses
a qualitative approach to produce a comprehensive picture of the
problems studied. The analysis in this study uses the theory of
Social Construction by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann by
focusing on the social construction of GRIAKU governance and
Pacet Vegetable Market. Based on the results and analysis that
social construction occurs in three simultaneous moments, namely
externalization, objectification, and internalization. Meanwhile,
construction results that show results such as GRIAKU and Pacet
Vegetable Market as jobs for the Pacet Village community,
GRIAKU and Pacet Vegetable Market as an instrument to increase
PADes, GRIAKU as a culinary tourism icon in Pacet Village,
Pacet Vegetable Market as a night snack, and GRIAKU as a CFD.
